Bequests and Endowments

Bequests and Endowments

Bequests

The NZ Football Foundation also welcomes bequests which can be gifts of personal property, money, stock, bonds or valuables which are directed to the Foundation by the provisions in your will.

We are exceptionally grateful to Noel Barkley, Gary Sayles, Mark Matthews, Bill Moran, Frank van Hattum and Ken Billot who were the first to support the Foundation in this way. In bequesting to the New Zealand Football Foundation, you can also consider allocating a percentage of your estate to ensure other beneficiaries are not affected by the size of your eventual estate or by inflation.

Residual donations are also possible whereby an amount is left to be settled after providing for family, friends, debts and taxes.

Endowments

In addition to bequesting to the New Zealand Football Foundation, it is possible to benefit football by making the Foundation a beneficiary of your endowment fund.

In such cases, the Foundation would receive the interest (or a percentage of the interest) annually from the investment whilst the principal value is kept intact.

Our Partners & Supporters

Every team needs supporters.  At the New Zealand Football Foundation we are so grateful for our partners who believe in Football For Good just as much as we do. They know the power of sport to make real change in society and they are committed to helping us do the māhi to support our communities.  The generosity of our partners is crucial to enable us to support so many worthy projects.
