
Lucy has an extensive background in the public sector across health, science and infrastructure, and currently serves as Sector Manager at the Office of the Auditor-General.
Her career includes senior leadership roles in investment and contract management, with a focus on governance integrity, public accountability and reducing bias in funding systems.
Lucy is a former New Zealand beach and indoor volleyball representative and remains closely involved in community football as a parent and coach.
She brings to the Foundation deep public-sector governance experience and a commitment to equitable participation and community impact across the football system.
Lucy joined the Foundation in February 2021.
